- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years related progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Will accept experience gained concurrently.
- Must also have 12 months demonstrated ability with each of the following: (1) Using Java J2EE to design, code, test, debug, document and support the HealthSafe ID application; (2) Database management including creating and maintaining DDL and DML scripts to manage database to support the HealthSafe ID application; (3) Web services including implementation of code to consume Restful and SOAP-base web services to provide response data back to UI, also creating rest service for other application to consume HealthSafe ID application features; (4) Using Spring to build the project workflow in HealthSafe ID application, Open Shift to deploy the HealthSafe ID application code base, and caching for faster response time for web services and UI content; (5) Using Angular JS to create HealthSafe ID application UI components; database designing to creating HealthSafe ID application database for storing multi portal eligibility and member demographic information, and Project Arch flow to create project diagram for portals; and (6) Using Siteminder for policy-based authentication as well as single sign-on for all Web-based applications, Risk-based Authentication (RBA) implementation, AEM for content management, and OpenID Connect to authenticate the users across websites and apps.
