Inbound Emergency Response center operators are responsible for handling calls from existing customers regarding a variety of security centric requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business. Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information. Operators are also responsible for the monitoring of agents in the field and able to provide assistance at a moment’s notice when signaled in distress.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to Nurse Practitioners who indicate they are in distress
  • Answer security centric telephone calls using a predetermined script.
  • Determine situation from client and administering proper predetermined protocol.
  • Uses appropriate judgment in upward communications regarding departmental and / or employee concerns
  • Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures and suggestions for improving methods, efficiencies, and services;
  • Assist the Senior Management with daily operation of Call Center services to include the timely completion of assigned tasks and quality of work performed

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 1+ years of office or customer service experience, analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or higher
  • Previous military and / or law enforcement experience
