As a Project Manager within OAS, you will be responsible for working with leadership across various internal business lines to manage project plans and milestones for a specific work stream within a large enterprise.
- Determine time frames, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to various phases of projects and lead others in the organization to make meaningful process improvements
- Develop business plans and cost benefit analysis for assessment by Regional / Senior Leadership
- Provide work stream / project oversight, manage and track issue resolution, and make key decisions for project with project sponsor
- Facilitate status update meetings with business and IT leads, when necessary
- Create work stream project plans
- Evaluate project progress against project plan frequently, ensures work stream milestones are met, mitigates project risks, and resolves issues
- Prepare weekly project status report for program manager
Bachelor’s Degree and / or equivalent education and experience
8+ years of project management experience
5+ years of experience with operational initiatives and provide program-level support
4+ years of experience with project management supporting: Claims, Appeals and / or Billing & Enrollment
Experience with cross-enterprise initiatives as well as managing interrelated project plans
Experience in a large matrix environment
Ability to partner with established business architecture team
Ability to work with offshore teams and lead process analysts
Strong executive presence
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
Strategic vision combined with operational execution skills
