About the Job

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Collaborate with research teams to design datasets that help answer research questions. Use data and experience to contribute to team discussions and help guide research projects. Learn new or unfamiliar data by reviewing documentation, exploring data, and asking questions. Become a subject matter expert on healthcare data and effectively communicate technical details to researchers, Research Directors, and other partners. Take ownership and responsibility for the data used in research, models, and analysis.


Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. or M.S. in quantitative discipline: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Physics, etc. or equivalent experience

  • Research and analytics experience

  • Experience working with research datasets

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SQL

  • Star schema data models

  • Healthcare industry
