About the Job

Positions in this function create and deliver high quality system solutions for our applications, products and services across all technology functions. They consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. Individuals in these roles may perform analysis and also serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements. They provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users’ requirements. This function works to create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise. Roles may support both current system improvements and maintenance along with new system development. Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed and works with less structured, more complex issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Solutioning team to manage the deal pursuit process, and development of solutions to support the client’s needs. This will be accomplished in three main capacities: providing deal pursuit support, leading commercial diligence/assessments, and supporting key business operations
  • Align with commercial leaders to enable and accelerate the deal process by providing deal architecture, commercial/diligence assessment, proposal development, deal approval, and contracting support
  • Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ requirements, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the client and organization
  • Estimation for the identified solution and overall RFP solution creation process
  • Develop presentations and client-related documents, assist with creating resource models and project timelines which align with the commercial strategy while meeting client
  • Coordinate with all necessary solution stakeholders within the organization. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support
  • Create capability collaterals
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
  • Provide coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills

Required Qualifications:
  • Technology background (BE, BTech)
  • Experience in IT presales and Solutioning
  • Development background (at least 1 programming language) in the past
  • Service-oriented and have positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to serve as a resource to others

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare domain knowledge
  • Prior experience on the Core admin platforms
  • Prior experience on the Provider domain
