The Senior Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for the clinical program development, ongoing program outcomes evaluation, and future program enhancements necessary to create a differentiated clinical program solution that produces meaningful value to each key stakeholder.  This individual will focus on program management development, service delivery and the incorporation of best practices with proven outcomes.


Specifically, the Enteral Nutrition Program Manager will be directly accountable for the development of a comprehensive clinical and operational design for the company’s Enteral Therapy program, as part of the Nutritional Therapy services and solutions. The goal is to build a strong enteral nutrition therapy solution program that drives high quality of care outcomes and surpasses key stakeholder expectations.


As BriovaRx Infusion Services business continues to experience growth at rates higher than the industry average, the need to standardize our clinical approach to Enteral Nutrition Therapy is imperative. Overall, Nutrition Therapy is a core therapy of our home infusion business and key stakeholders (patients, providers, payers, manufacturers and employers) are seeking transparent reporting of outcomes and value creation. This position will be charged with building the clinical delivery model as a true product solution that drives the expected outcomes while supporting the projected business growth. Aligning both the expected clinical practice model with the operational delivery model positions the organization to exceed key stakeholder expectations.

The position would provide overall development of the company’s Enteral Nutrition Therapy program working closely with the Nutrition Therapy Leader.  As part of this program design, additional specific responsibilities would include:


  • Creating the overall program’s process framework based on internal and external research (e.g. purpose, mission, goals, and objectives)

  • Predicting emerging customer needs and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs

  • Solving unique and complex problems seen in the delivery of this therapy

  • Developing the overarching business case and business vision to achieve the key objectives for the Nutrition Therapy program

  • Identifying the skill, knowledge, and certification requirements necessary for clinical and operational process implementation

  • Ability to translate highly complex concepts in ways that could be understood by a variety of internal and external audiences

  • Developing internal relationships to direct cross - functional and / or cross - segment teams in the build-out of the program

  • Conducting analysis of data, metrics, information and reports to develop the key productivity, clinical and financial outcomes expected as part of this program

  • Collecting information, input, data and additional subject matter expertise relevant to identifying best practices

  • Identifying internal and external trends and business opportunities (such as market competition, new technology applications, etc.) and identifies opportunities for further program enhancements

  • Gathering data points and respond to customer, regulatory or internal program evaluation requests

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Dietitian

  • 2+ year experience direct clinical program development - i.e. clinical frameworks, business models, key program objectives

  • 5 years of experience in a clinical / healthcare organization

  • 3+ years of direct program delivery in the field of nutrition therapy

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data and apply to decision making / recommendations

  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree

  • 3+ years of clinical program design and implementation experience

  • Experience working cross-functionally inclusive of: Sales, Nursing, Intake staff, Analytics
