Training – Our training programme focuses on the health care industry and uses consulting best practices to provide ongoing learning opportunities while refining key skills. Courses cover a variety of topics including project management, business analysis, health care trends and current issues, technology and career specific certifications.
Executive Engagement – We’ll introduce you to influential leaders in the health care industry with quarterly presentations that provide an open forum for active collaboration and relationship building
Mentoring and Networking – Participants get immediate access to professional advice and career guidance from senior – level consultants. Informal networking provides news to build professional relationships and identify roles models to support careers development
Working directly with our clients to help determine needs and solve complex business problems
Identify and document business process re-engineering opportunities including current and future state process flows
Conduct research studies that may include collecting, analyzing, trending and presenting data and recommendations to management
Define, develop and document business requirements to ensure clients' needs are captured and delivered (e.g. use case-based Business Requirements Documents with evidence demonstrating competence writing unique, implementable, testable business requirements, ideally supporting multiple development lifecycles such as agile and waterfall
Assist with requirements analysis and verification document customer/client requirements through clear, unambiguous, concise and effective written and oral communication
Collaborate with business and technology teams to define deliverables and develop solutions that meet or exceed client requirements
Perform analysis for business process re-engineering opportunities and define, develop and document before and after process flows
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, management, IT
- Previous experience working in a Management Consulting/Professional Consulting environment
- Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas: Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, General Consulting and/or Business Process Improvement
- Previous client-facing experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively cross-functionally and externally.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly adept at handling ambiguity
- Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
- Desire and ability to "roll up your sleeves" to learn the business and drive business results
- Flexibility to travel when required
