As a Product Manager you will be responsible for strategically and creatively thinking about how the consumer experience should work, and translating a vision into reality that drives growth and value for the business.  You will work with key business stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features and capabilities.  You must have excellent communication and presentation skills.  You must be able to identify, facilitate, and drive a business solution from idea to completion.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead product strategy, understanding market needs and the competitive landscape.

  • Define and execute against product roadmaps that focus initially on minimally viable deliverables, while contemplating the near and long-term future enhancements that increase that value over time. Draw on an agile mindset.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders on specific marketplace and IT topics.

  • Collaborate with internal leaders and external partners to gain an understanding of their business needs and adapt product strategy, priorities, and business plans accordingly.

  • Address operational challenges with both technical and non-technical solutions.

  • Understand the user experience and deliver solutions that delight.

  • Lead change and innovation- pursue opportunities to adopt new technologies and drive adoption to enhance business outcomes.

  • Drive and manage high-quality execution across organizational lines.

  • Communicate product strategy, business value, and customer success with impact.  Influence stakeholders to achieve win-win solutions that advance the organizational goals.

  • Seek to learn the business you are supporting and own its evolution holistically.   Drive to understand the “why” and connect the benefit of technology to the business capability and be able to clearly articulate this to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years product management experience within a large matrix organization.

  • Able to translate customer needs into product vision, including feature definition, user stories, product capabilities, and market requirements.

  • Manage product roadmap and ensure strategic alignment with the product and organizational vision.

  • Experience transforming from an IT-driven organization to a product-led organization.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering products and value within an agile-development framework.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality products.

  • Proven ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities.

  • Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

  • Understand how to create and utilize user experience collateral such as personas, journey maps, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Health Care industry experience
  • Human Factors/User Experience training or work experience

  • Experience leading and developing associates
