The Digital Program Coordinator - Eden Prairie, MN (Telecommute) is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas. Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques. Makes presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results. Ensures projects are completed on time and in scope. May manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders
  • Drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution
  • Work with stakeholders to establish / apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels
  • Define, manage and implement programs and projects in a timely and cost - effective manner, assisting overall department objectives to be met
  • Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously 
  • Create and manage timelines for all projects, utilizing organizational resources appropriately
  • Interact with internal customers to gather project requirements and act as liaison between customer and digital operations team to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans
  • Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, measurable goals, duration and effort required for successful project execution
  • Manage workflow and implementation of projects and programs
  • Develop, communicate and implement program / project risk / issue management plans and strategies 
  • Set up recurring status meetings with the business, field questions from the business, anticipate issues and act proactively to address issues
  • Manage recurring status updates with immediate team and strategy owners to provide updates, determine impacts to other initiatives and mitigate risk
  • Generate detailed project reports (including program charters, Statement of Work, critical path impact, dependencies, milestones, resources, data collection plans, etc.) and run project status meetings
  • Ensure workflow progresses efficiently and projects / staff are organized when priorities shift
  • Gather and update project materials, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, evaluation of outcomes metrics, and lessons learned documents
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and oral presentations to document and communicate progress, findings and outcomes of analysis and projects to internal teams, committees and senior leadership
  • Improve processes to optimize performance and value over time
  • Collaborate in a matrix environment across cross - functional teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher required
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (manipulating data, creating reports, sorting, filtering, and importing data into a spreadsheet) and Microsoft PowerPoint (creating professional presentations)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (out of state)
  • Ability to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and be flexible for critical digital property launches after hours as business needs arise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • Any WorkFront experience (receiving and reviewing requests)

  • Must be flexible with job duties as they can change at a moment notice
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
